Crozer-Keystone Cardiovascular Days 2012
Crozer-Keystone Health System is dedicated to reducing heart disease, vascular disease and stroke in the communities we serve. That's why we are proud to offer comprehensive "Cardiovascular Day" health fairs at four of our hospitals. Each event will offer free glucose/cholsterol screenings, blood pressure screenings, stroke risk assessment and healthy information and activities provided by a range of Crozer-Keystone deparmtnets.The first event is on Tuesday, February 14, at Crozer.
