Crozer-Keystone Recognizes Employees of the Quarter for Q3 of 2016

  • Terrance Boyd, ER technician at DCMH, is celebrated for his accomplishment together with senior leadership and staff in the DCMH emergency department.
  • Paula Trumbauer, Risk insurance and claims management representative at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, is presented her award along with senior leadership and staff.
  • Maureen Brown, Billing associate with HAN Infectious Disease and Travel, receives her award alongside physicians, staff and senior administration.
  • Bruce Psycher, Cook in the nutrition services department, is presented his award along with senior leadership and staff.
  • Tiffany Nevin, a patient financial services representative at Taylor Hospital, is presented her award along with senior leadership and staff.

Crozer-Keystone Health System recently chose 8 employees as recipients of Employee of the Quarter awards. Employees received framed certificates for their accomplishment and a $100 check.

Terrance Boyd

Terrance Boyd of Upper Darby is an ER technician in the emergency department at Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill.

“Terrance puts smiles on the faces of lots of patients. He is always willing to do more than is required of him.”

Tiffany Nevin

Tiffany Nevin of Ridley Park is a patient financial services representative at Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park.

“Tiffany is very accommodating with her schedule, and is always willing to help her co-workers.”

Paula Trumbauer

Paula Trumbauer of Aston is a risk insurance and claims management representative at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland.

“Paula is always a pleasure to work with, and she is quite skilled in successfully managing the claims correspondence process.”

Courtney McLaughlin, LCSW

Courtney McLaughlin, LCSW of Cherry Hill is a children’s social worker at Community Hospital in Chester.

“Courtney provides excellent family engagement and patient care. She takes a team approach to treatment planning.”

Maureen Brown

Maureen Brown of Clifton Heights is a billing associate with HAN Infectious Disease and Travel in Drexel Hill, a practice within the Crozer-Keystone Health Network.

“Maureen goes above and beyond routine billing. She investigates our physician coding to completion, and she is always a team player.”

Bernadette Kegerise

Bernadette Kegerise of Norwood is a systems analyst III for Crozer-Keystone’s Information Services department, and her office is at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland.

“Bernadette has a very pleasant attitude, and she is always looking for ways to improve processes by removing redundant tasks.”

Jessica Kline

Jessica Kline of Swarthmore is a concierge services team member at Crozer-Keystone at Broomall.

“Jessica is an awesome, dedicated worker. She makes all of the patients she encounters at Broomall feel welcome upon their arrival.”

Bruce Psycher

Bruce Psycher of Woodlyn is a cook in the nutrition services department at Springfield Hospital.

“Bruce has a conversation with everyone he sees and makes you feel welcome and at home. He has a strong passion for the job he does.”
