Crozer-Keystone Health System to Launch Community-Focused Health Blog
Springfield, Pa. – Crozer-Keystone Health System announced today that it will be launching a community-focused healthcare blog in January of 2014. The blog, authored by physicians, experts and leadership from Crozer-Keystone, will focus on topics including community health, fitness, women’s health and family medicine.
“We are dedicated, not only to providing the best possible care to our community, but also to being a community resource for health information and education,” said Joan K. Richards, president and CEO of Crozer-Keystone Health System. “This blog will allow us to proactively provide our patient population with health, wellness and safety information from our experienced staff of physicians and healthcare experts.”
Crozer-Keystone will post a new article each week with topics rotating through five categories: Crozer-Keystone Cares, Healthy Living, Fitness & Wellness, Family Medicine and Women’s Health. The blog will also feature multimedia, including podcasts and videos.
Crozer-Keystone has opened a poll to select the name for the blog. Members of the community can vote from a selection of four names at www.surveymonkey.com/s/Name_Our_Blog. Voting will close January 15 at 5 p.m. Additionally, an individual will be chosen at random from those who voted for the winning name to receive a $100 American Express gift card. The blog’s internet domain will be determined following the vote for a name.
