Manny Northern Named Employee of the Year at Crozer-Chester Medical Center
In an all-campus election, Manny Northern was named Employee of the Year at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. Northern, who works in the sterile processing department, received this honor during a recent employee service awards ceremony at the James E. Clark Center at Crozer.
Northern was recognized for his exceptional skill and proficiency in carrying out his assigned responsibilities. His co-workers describe him as always going the extra mile to accommodate patient needs. He can be counted on to track down a piece of patient care equipment if needed by the patient even if the department is in short supply.
“Manny is cooperative with his co-workers and willing to go out of his way to help others. He consistently demonstrates a positive attitude, a commitment to co-workers and can be counted on to fulfill his responsibilities without being asked,” says Bonnie Burns, director of Sterile Processing.
