Nancy Ard Named Manager of the Year at Springfield Hospital
Springfield, Pa. — In an all-campus election, Nancy Ard was recently named Manager of the Year at SpringfieldHospital. Ard, who works as a lead Respiratory Therapist, received this honor during a recent employee service awards dinner at Springfield.
“I was extremely honored and surprised to have been named Manager of the Year,” says Ard. “I am very fortunate to have such an amazing group of colleagues who help make providing the best quality care to our patients possible.”
Ard began her career at SpringfieldHospital in 2000. As a lead respiratory therapist, Ard works with patients to help diagnose, treat and prevent lung disease. Ard is also responsible for scheduling staff, and ordering the supplies for the department.
“Nancy is a dedicated employee who continuously goes above and beyond the requirements of her position. She is always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need,” says John Roselli, director of respiratory therapy.
