Pediatric Pulmonologist Vatsala Ramprasad, M.D., Accepting New Patients at Brinton Lake Facility in Glen Mills 

Pediatric pulmonologist Vatsala Ramprasad, M.D., is now seeing patients at the Crozer Medical Plaza and Crozer-Keystone Regional Cancer Center, 500 Evergreen Drive in Glen Mills.

Ramprasad specializes in treating a range of pediatric pulmonary problems, including upper and lower airway problems, asthma, chronic lung disease and chronic cough and sleep problems. She is a specialist in sleep medicine and is medical director of the Pediatric Sleep Center at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. She enjoys working closely with families and referring physicians to provide the best possible care for all patients.

Ramprasad came to Crozer-Keystone from the Cooper Health System in Camden, N.J., where she served as the head of the Division of Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine. She also previously served as an assistant professor of Pediatrics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Camden, N.J. Board-certified in General Pediatrics, Pediatric Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine, Dr. Ramprasad is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Chest Physicians.

Dr. Ramprasad earned her bachelor’s degree from Dayal Singh College, Delhi, India, and completed her medical education at Kilpauk Medical College, Madras, India. Her postgraduate education includes an internship at Mercy Fitzgerald Medical Center, Darby, Pa.; a residency at the Medical College of Philadelphia, Philadelphia; and a fellowship at Cooper University Health System, Camden, N.J.

Ramprasad also sees patients at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, One Medical Center Boulevard, Suite 205, One Medical Center Boulevard in Upland.
