Eagle National Bank Walk/Run Raises $52,000
DREXEL HILL, Pa. – Representatives from Eagle National Bank recently presented a check for $52,000 to the Delco Memorial Foundation to support the Delaware County Regional Cancer Center. The money was raised at Eagle National Bank’s Sept. 24 Walk/Run to Fight Cancer event. This is the largest amount donated back to DCMH from the Walk/Run in the event’s 20-year history.

The top three fund-raising teams were Team Hope ($9,411), Team Susan ($9,159) and Team Rosemary ($5,096).
New to the Walk/Run, Team Susan was founded in memory of Susan Reiley, who was a registered nurse at Delaware County Memorial Hospital before she died of breast cancer in 2004 at the age of 28. The following organizations supported Team Susan during its inaugural year: Maggie O’Neills, Drexel Hill Cyclery, Widener University, 2 K Marketing, Allstate Insurance of Drexel Hill, and all of the team participants.
