Did you know? Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Delaware County Memorial Hospital recently received the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association’s “Get With the Guidelines®” (GWTG) Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award for stroke care. Gold Plus is the highest level of achievement available through the GWTG program. In receiving the award, Crozer and DCMH have demonstrated that the care they provide to stroke patients is consistent with the latest scientific guidelines from the AHA/ASA.

In addition, Crozer and DCMH (along with Taylor Hospital) are certified by The Joint Commission as Primary Stroke Centers. Learn more about stroke here: stroke.crozer.org.
