Crozer-Keystone Sleep Disorders Education and Support Group

The Crozer-Keystone Sleep Centers are proud to offer a Sleep Disorders Education and Support Group. These meetings are for people who have a suspected sleep disorder or have already been diagnosed. Participants will have the opportunity to share positive and negative experiences, new ideas and support with others who may be or have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder. Participants who attend the meetings will learn about new state-of-the-art treatment options and have the opportunity to ask questions about their sleep-related problems. The meetings will be held from 6-7 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every other month in the 1st Floor Conference Room at Springfield Hospital, located at 190 W. Sproul Rd., in Springfield. The remaining 2010 schedule is as follows: March 2, May 4, July 6, Sept. 7, and Nov. 2. For information or to register, call 1-888-SLEEP-03 (1-888-753-3703).
