Pamela Golt Named Taylor Hospital’s Employee of the Year
Pamela Golt, R.N. joined the Taylor Hospital family in 1982 as a registered nurse. Since then, Pamela has demonstrated her dedication to Taylor Hospital and the nursing profession in many ways. She is a skilled clinician and a valued member of the Short Procedure Unit team. She is a professional, hardworking individual who is a “go to” person for the team. Pamela is compassionate with both patients and peers. She is very well-respected by her peers, physicians and all who know her. Pamela is an excellent nurse who consistently works above her job requirements. She is a true asset to Taylor.
Pamela resides in New Jersey.
John Adams Named Springfield Hospital’s Employee of the Year
John Adams has been a part of the Springfield Hospital family since October 1979. He works as a linen distribution aide in the Environmental Services department.
John is a valued employee who willingly offers his services to others. He resides in Morton with his wife, Johanna.
Christine Mendez Named Taylor Hospital’s Manager of the Year
Christine Mendez began her career at Taylor Hospital in 1990, and joined the Nursing staff as a Med/Surg registered nurse in 1997. In 2008, Taylor Hospital was pleased to have Christine join their management team as the nurse director of the Med/Surg Ortho Unit. She worked as a nurse director for 1½ years, until transferring into her current role as administrative director of nursing for Taylor Hospital.
Since 2009, Christine has been a key contributor to the overall success of Nursing Services at Taylor. She is committed to overseeing and ensuring that the nursing staff at Taylor is providing the highest quality of care to the community. Christine is a leader within the organization who is extremely dedicated to her profession and a true asset to the hospital.
Christine resides in New Jersey with her husband, Eric.
Kris Egan Named Springfield Hospital’s Manager of the Year
Kris Egan has been an employee of the Crozer-Keystone Health System since August 1983. She has been a valued member of the management staff at Springfield Hospital since June 1992 as Medical Records manager. Kris is known for her ability to face all challenges head on.
Kris and her husband, Rudy, live in Swarthmore. They have three married children and four grandchildren.
