Medical Insurance Coverage
It is the responsibility of the student to maintain medical insurance coverage while enrolled in the School of Clinical Neurophysiology. Students will provide proof of medical coverage upon admittance to the school. Failure to maintain medical insurance coverage will result in dismissal from the program. Any change in insurance coverage will require the student to submit a completed "Change in Status Form" to the school faculty.
Grading periods are divided into four quarters. Each quarter consists of class time and clinical experience. Time spent in clinical areas varies as patient contact responsibilities increase.
Students must maintain a minimum of 70% in all areas.
