The Center for Family Health—Springfield integrates the full scope of family medical and health services for all ages. The center offers screenings and education programs, serves as a primary care referral site to other CKHS physicians and facilities, and provides care without regard to the patient’s ability to pay.
All physicians and counselors have been selected for their excellence in both patient care and medical education. Services include general medical care, wellness and preventive services, obstetrical and prenatal care, newborn and pediatric care, weight management, treatment of work and sports injuries and minor emergencies, lab and other tests, nutritional counseling, and special services for the elderly.
