We’re Here When You Need Us

We're open and here for you

Think COVID-19 has made it impossible to talk to a doctor about anything else? Think again. Heart attacks and strokes still happen, accidents still cause injuries, chronic illnesses haven’t disappeared. You and your family still need care, and we’re here for you.

Regardless of everyone’s sharply focused attention on COVID-19, we want you to know that we are here for your health concerns. Our doctors’ offices are open for our patients. You don’t even have to come to us…we’ll come to you through our telemedicine program, which allows you to talk to a physician or advanced practitioner from the comfort, safety, and privacy of your home. We’ll guide you through the process to make sure your visit is successful and all your questions are answered.

If you’ve delayed getting care because of COVID-19, if you need a diagnostic test, or if you just need to talk to your doctor, you can feel confident that we are doing everything we can to keep you safe.

Do you already have a prescription from your doctor to get a test or procedure? If so, call 1-800-CK-HEALTH to schedule your visit. If you don’t have a prescription from your doctor, start by calling the practice for an appointment.

If you need to visit us, here’s what you can expect:

  • Everyone on our team wears protective gear, and we’ve got you covered too. You’ll be given a face mask, we’ll take your temperature, and we’ll screen for symptoms.
  • We practice safe distancing, we limit touchpoints during your visit, and we sanitize all surfaces between patients.
  • At the end of the day, all of our locations are comprehensively sanitized.

If you need additional appointments (such as a mammogram, colonoscopy, lab tests, or even surgery) these extensive measures will keep all of us safe, and you can stop postponing the care that you need.

We don’t rest until we’re confident that our outpatient facilities and doctors’ offices are COVID-19 safe…every day.

And as always, all four of our emergency departments – Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Springfield Hospital, and Taylor Hospital – are available 24/7. For additional information click here for COVID-19 updates and resources.

We’re dedicated to keeping Delco healthy, in every way.
