Are you enrolled in a Crozer-Keystone medical plan? A biometric screening is one of the three steps you must complete by the August 2019 due dates to earn the 2020 Wellness Participant medical premium rate, which will be $50 per month lower than the Non-Wellness Participant medical premium rate.

Benefits News You Can Use: Crozer-Keystone & Strive Well-Being Are Building a Healthy Workforce Together!

You spoke and we listened – Thanks to the 300+ employees who responded to our recent onsite fitness survey, Crozer-Keystone Health System – in partnership with Strive Well-Being – will now offer onsite fitness classes as part of our Healthy Prospects Wellness Program.
All Crozer-Keystone employees are invited to attend evening Yoga, Zumba and/or fitness classes at CCMC or DCMH through June 20. Please wear comfortable fitness attire for all classes. For those participating in yoga, please bring water and a mat or large beach towel.

Healthplex® Sports Club: Crozer-Keystone Membership & Reimbursement
To encourage Crozer-Keystone employees and spouses to enhance your health by exercising regularly at the Healthplex® Sports Club, a fitness reimbursement is included in all Crozer-Keystone medical plans.
Eligible employees and spouses may receive a $400 annual reimbursement of your Healthplex® Sports Club membership fee, payable quarterly. You must continue to be enrolled in a CKHS medical plan for the full three months that you request reimbursement. Quarterly payments cannot be pro-rated. Please be sure to use this Healthplex Reimbursement Form (click here to access the form) when you submit your reimbursement request to Crozer-Keystone Employee Benefits.

Crozer-Keystone Employee Discounts at Local YMCA Facilities
Crozer-Keystone employees can now take advantage of discounted memberships at several area YMCA’s. Contact the YMCA most convenient to you for additional details. You must present your Crozer-Keystone ID badge and a second form of photo ID, (i.e. driver’s license) when you register. Discounts vary by location. Details are as follows:
- $0 enrollment fee and 10% off monthly membership packages at the following PA locations: Haverford Area YMCA (Havertown), Ridley Area YMCA (Clifton Heights), Rocky Run YMCA (Media), and West Chester Area YMCA (West Chester). The same discounts are also available at the following NJ locations: Gloucester County (Woodbury) and Salem County (Carney’s Point).
- $0 enrollment and 20% off monthly membership packages at the Lansdowne YMCA (Lansdowne).

It’s easy to compare your payroll deductions to the actual per-pay cost of your elected benefits:
- Log in to benefitsolver.com
- Click on your name, located on the top right-hand side of the screen
- Click on “Benefits Summary” to view your 2019 elected benefits and their related per-pay cost
