COMING MONDAY: 2019 Patient Safety Culture Survey
Sent on behalf of Quality and Patient Safety
On Monday, September 16, we will be launching our 2019 Patient Safety Culture Survey and your participation is critical! This survey provides us with actionable information to support our mission of providing high quality, safe care for our patients and their families.
Your insights and guidance are the keys to our success. In recent years, your feedback helped us implement patient safety rounds with support and engagement from executive leadership, increased Joint Commission Survey preparedness, our “High Five” for hand hygiene program, patient experience of care training, and nurse-driven protocols.
We are using an outside vendor, The Patient Safety Group, to administer the survey to ensure the results are completely anonymous. We want all of our employees to feel comfortable sharing their honest opinions about our patient safety culture and how we can improve.
Please be on the lookout for an email when we launch the survey on Monday, September 16. While the survey should only take a short time to complete, the results can help create long-term improvements for our patients, their families and our staff. Thank you in advance for your participation.
