Steering Committee

The focus of the Steering Committee is to guide the various parts of the Chester Youth Collaborative; so that all activities are in line with the overall vision and specific objectives of the project. The Steering Committee is comprised of members from all four groups within the Chester Youth Collaborative, as well as representatives from the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s Center for Youth Development.

The Steering Committee meets monthly to:

  • Monitor grant requirements for the Chester Youth Collaborative
  • Recommend the best course of action regarding achieving outcomes and outputs in stated time
  • Provide oversight of procedural issues related to the governance of the Chester Youth Collaborative
