Volunteer Services at Crozer-Chester Medical Center
Crozer-Chester Medical Center is 424-bed hospital and is the largest employer and health care provider in Delaware County. Hospitals would not be able to function properly without the help of volunteers. Our volunteers chose to give up their time, talent, skill, and experience to help us improve our patient services. These special individuals make magic happen in our hospital and play an important role in adding comfort and happiness to our patients.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer opportunities are available to individuals 18 and older. In addition, we offer a summer youth program for youth ages 15-17. Crozer-Chester Medical Center offers the following volunteer programs or services:

How to Apply
Adults and students can apply for volunteer positions at Crozer-Chester Medical Center by downloading the application form below, filling it out completely, and sending it to Judy Lieberman, the Director of Volunteer Services at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. Please note that students must be at least 15 years old to apply for a volunteer position at Crozer-Chester Medical Center.
Volunteers must also complete the following Commitment and Confidentiality agreement form as well as the Criminal Record and Child Abuse Authorization form and the Child Abuse Clearance form. Please print and send them to the Crozer-Chester Medical Center volunteer office.
Note: Please do not mail the Child Abuse Clearance form to the address on the form. Also, Crozer-Keystone Health System will cover the cost so please do not get a money order. Please send the form to the volunteer office with which you would like to volunteer.
