Volunteer Services

Have you recently retired? Are you a student looking to get involved in your community? Or maybe you have a passion for helping others? If so, volunteering at a Crozer-Keystone hospital can be an excellent way to spend your time. Volunteers are integral to advancing our mission of providing the best possible experience for our patients and their families. They are the heart and soul of Crozer-Keystone Health System hospitals and they provide us with the gift of their time and talent.

Volunteer Opportunities

This Crozer-Keystone Health System offers a wide range of volunteer opportunities in departments throughout our hospitals. Some of these opportunities include volunteering for gift shops, pediatrics, pharmacy, admissions, fundraising activities, cancer centers, and many more.

Who Volunteers?

Volunteer programs are available to high school students, college students, and adults at all of our hospitals: Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Community Hospital, Delware County Memorial Hospital, Springfield Hospital and Taylor Hospital.

Benefits

We appreciate the time that our volunteers provide and we offer the following benefits for them to enjoy: lunch allowance, free parking, free flu shots, free health care screenings, free blood pressure screenings, tuberculosis testing, and an invitation to our annual volunteer recognition event.

How to Apply

Adults and students can apply for volunteer positions by downloading the application form provided on each of the individual hospital volunteer sites, filling it out completely, and sending it the Director of Volunteer Services at the hospital of your choice. Please note the various age restrictions for students applying for a volunteer position at a Crozer-Keystone Health System hospital.

You will also need to print out and complete a Child Abuse Clearance form. Please do not mail in to the address on the form. Also, Crozer-Keystone Health System will cover the cost so please do not get a money order. Please send the form to the volunteer office with which you would like to volunteer.

Please see each individual hospital's volunteer page for all forms you must complete by clicking the hospital name of your choice below.
