Billing Information
Your invoice will consist of (2) parts**:
- Crozer-Chester Medical Center will bill for the technical part of the study (collection of data)
- Your physician will bill for the interpretation of the study.
You are responsible to bring your co-payment with you the night of the study in the form of a personal check or money order. Please do not bring cash. Please contact your insurance company to determine the correct dollar amount.
**Please check with your insurance company for sleep study coverage. Sleep studies are considered outpatient tests and will be billed as such. (Procedure code: PSG 95810 or C-PAP 95811, Diagnosis code: 780.53)
