Senior Support Line

The Crozer-Keystone Senior Support Line is a toll-free number that connects and refers seniors, their families and physicians to a host of local, state and national agencies whose mission is to support and assist seniors.

Some areas where we provide assistance include:

  • Adult day services
  • Nursing home information
  • Nursing home referrals
  • Health insurance eligibility determination
  • Prescription eligibility determination
  • Home-delivered meals
  • Transportation

The Senior Support Line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 1-800-CKHS-KEY (1-800-254-7539).
