Perninatal Mental Health Program
The Crozer-Keystone Perinatal Mental Health Program at Community Hospital provides behavioral health services to women 16 and over in an outpatient setting. The program was developed to help women:
- Who have pre-existing psychiatric illness and are planning a pregnancy
- Who are pregnant and seeking treatment for a psychiatric illness
- Who have given birth in the past year and suffer from post-partum depression
- Who have experienced the loss of a pregnancy or the death of an infant during the past year
Our multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, case managers, and licensed clinicians, including therapists, social workers, psychologists, and professional counselors provide the following services in a culturally sensitive environment:
- Psychiatric evaluation
- Medication management
- Psychotherapy
- Case management
