Patients are seen by appointment only, Monday through Friday in Suite 533 of the Ambulatory Care Pavilion of Crozer-Chester Medical Center. Parking is available in the Upland Avenue Garage and also in Garage II off of Medical Center Blvd. In addition, free valet service is available outside the Crozer Regional Cancer Center.

Before Your Visit

In order to provide comprehensive and individualized care, your initial visit may take as long as two hours. Your follow-up visits may last from 15-45 minutes. Please bring your medical records.

Prior to your appointment, please consider:

  • Bringing a family member or friend with you, for support during your appointments. This may help you better recall any information you get during the visit.
  • Making a list of questions you would like to ask the doctor or clinical coordinator.
  • Asking as many questions as you need in order to feel knowledgeable about the disease, and learn more about living with it.
  • Writing down the answers.

Insurance

The Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Center accepts most major insurance plans. Please bring your insurance forms with you, and our staff will be happy to assist you in completing the necessary information.
