Supportive Care

Supportive CareCrozer-Keystone's Support Care Program is a specialized home health service designed for individuals with more complex home care needs. You might be dealing with troublesome symptoms such as pain, fatigue or you might be juggling a busy schedule of chemotherapy, radiation therapy or periodic transfusions.

Your physician may recommend you for the Supportive Care Program because he or she feels it will best meet your home care needs. Our supportive care nurses specialize in pain management and symptom control for our Supportive Care and Hospice Program patients.

All services are done under the direction of your doctor and coordinated by an assigned primary nurse. Patients have access to an emergency assistance by a registered nurse - 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
