Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
After your heart condition is diagnosed and treated, we help you return to your everyday activities and manage your cardiac health through our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at Springfield Hospital. View additional information about Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab.
The program consists of the following:
- Monitored exercise sessions
- Cardiac risk factor modification
- Education
- Counseling
All Crozer-Keystone cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation is performed in an expanded, comfortable private space in Pavilion I of Springfield Hospital:
