Crozer-Keystone treats nearly 119,000 patients each year across our four emergency departments. We also offer convenient urgent care services at Pioneer Urgent Care in West Chester.

Patient Privacy Statement
Crozer-Keystone Health System is committed to ensuring the privacy of its patients’ health information by following the guidelines outlined in the Federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA). As part of this commitment, we provide each patient with a copy of the “Notice of Privacy Practices” at registration. This notice outlines each patient’s privacy rights as well as how the hospital may use and share the patient’s health information.
