Crozer-Keystone Health System offers many programs and activities designed to lower the risk of cancer and detect cancer at early stages.

Cancer screenings
Screenings are offered throughout the year at Crozer-Keystone Health System hospitals, including free colorectal, prostate, skin and oral cancer screenings.

School education programs
School education programs bring information about risk factors, screening recommendations and self-examination to area high school students. Adult education programs are offered to a variety of audiences on cancer-related topics.

Freedom from Smoking cessation program
The Freedom from Smoking cessation program is offered at Crozer-Keystone hospitals and corporations in the surrounding community. Boasting a 60 percent success rate, Freedom from Smoking has been instrumental in helping people quit smoking.
Working with Delaware County schools, Crozer-Keystone also offers a range of smoking cessation programs aimed at teens.
HealthyWoman
Crozer-Keystone Health System’s HealthyWoman Program helps women aged 50-64 who lack insurance or are under-insured obtain free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams and pap tests at Crozer-Keystone Health System hospitals.
Dozens of Delaware County women are screened each year through this program, which is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and administered in Pennsylvania by the Department of Health.
Transition into Wellness
The 60 for 60 Transition into Wellness program is designed with cancer patients/survivors in mind. At a cost of $60 for 60 days, participants will work with certifed exercise specialists and oncology nurses to help ease the transition from active treatment to long term surviviorship.
