Pre-Register for a Bariatric Seminar

The Comprehensive Bariatric Surgery Center at Crozer-Chester Medical Center offers educational seminars at the following locations throughout the area:

• Crozer-Chester Medical Center, One Medical Center Blvd., Upland
• Delaware County Memorial Hospital, 501 N. Lansdowne Ave., Drexel Hill
• Crozer Medical Plaza at Brinton Lake, 300 Evergreen Drive, Glen Mills
