Patient Safety Awareness Week - Crozer-Keystone Health System - PA

Patient Safety Awareness Week

Crozer-Keystone is dedicated to helping empower patients and strengthen patient-provider communications, with the overall goal of improving patient safety and quality of care. Held annually, Patient Safety Awareness Week (PSAW) is a nationwide awareness and education campaign led by the National Patient Safety Foundation. As a proud participant in PSAW, Crozer-Keystone Health System engages patients, families and providers with activities and educational materials to reduce readmissions and improve cultural competency. Members of the community are invited to visit Crozer-Keystone hospitals for more information and to find out what the health system is doing to improve safety and quality.
