Patients using the myCKHealth portal now have full portal access from their mobile devices to:
- View/reply to secure messages from your provider or provider's office
- View your medical records
- Complete and submit requests
- Call or map office locations
Getting Started is Easy
Simply contact your physician’s office and speak to a representative about enrolling in the myCKHealth Patient Portal. The office staff will then provide you with the myCKHealth Patient Portal Welcome Handout. This handout will include step-by-step directions and a Patient Identification Number (PIN) needed to set up your account. During the registration process, you will also be asked to electronically sign a consent form.
Important Note: You must be a patient of a participating Crozer-Keystone Health Network physician to use myCKHealth.
