myCKHealth patient portal is your source for fast, convenient – and secure – access to participating Crozer-Keystone Health Network physicians. With My CKHealth, you can take better control of your health care and become a more educated health consumer. Using myCKHealth, you can:
- Access your medical record
- Communicate with your physician’s office
- Request an appointment
- Request a referral
- Request medication refills
- Pay your bill
myCKHealth is convenient – there’s no need to call for an appointment or medication refill. You can do this – even pay your bills – in the comfort of your office or home – at your convenience!
Getting started is easy. Simply contact your physician’s office and speak to a representative about enrolling in the myCKHealth Patient Portal. The office staff will then provide you with the myCKHealth Patient Portal Welcome Handout. This handout will include step-by-step directions and a Patient Identification Number (PIN) needed to set up your account. During the registration process, you will also be asked to electronically sign a consent form.
Important Note: You must be a patient of a participating Crozer-Keystone Health Network physician to use myCKHealth.
