Crozer-Keystone Health System's mission is to improve the health status of those we serve and we are fully committed to serving the healthcare needs of people in the community. It is the policy of Crozer-Keystone Health System that our hospitals and physicians who are part of the Crozer-Keystone Health Network provide all necessary care to patients without regard to their ability to pay.
To help members of the community to obtain the care they need regardless of their ability to pay, we offer the following services:
If you do not have medical insurance or have limited coverage, Our financial counselors are available to help. They'll help you to learn about the basics of health coverage, identify and compare their coverage options and to help them select health coverage that best fits their budget and specific needs via the Health Insurance Market Exchange.
CarePricer estimates how much patients can expect to pay out-of-pocket for hospital services based on their insurance coverage and other factors. With CarePricer, patients can be provided with more accurate information that they can then use to plan their care and even decide on a hospital that best meets their needs.
Crozer-Keystone has partnered with CarePayment, a national healthcare finance company, to offer patients a new, affordable payment option to help them manage their medical expenses.
How Do You Qualify For Financial Assistance?
Eligibility for financial assistance is based upon the U.S. Government’s Federal Poverty Guidelines. These guidelines are updated every year.
You may qualify for financial assistance depending on your household income and then number of members in your family.
Please note that if you receive partial assistance, you are still responsible for paying your portion of the bill. We are committed to working with patients to develop payment terms that are appropriate and are based on your income and ability to pay. If we establish a payment plan for you, Crozer-Keystone will not charge interest on the account balance.
If you do not qualify for any financial assistance under these guidelines, you may be eligible for a self-pay discount.
