Crozer-Keystone to Offer Free Fall Cancer Screenings and Educational Events

Crozer-Keystone Health System, a longtime leader in cancer treatment, will offer free cancer screenings and educational events across Delaware County this fall.   

The schedule consists of the following programs:

Prostate Cancer Screenings

On Wednesday, Sept. 27 from 5 to 7 p.m., free prostate screenings, both PSA level and examinations, will be offered at Delaware County Memorial Hospital, 501 N. Lansdowne Ave., in Drexel Hill. Registration is required. Screenings will be administered by Crozer-Keystone urologist Arjun Khosla, M.D.

Breast Cancer Screenings

On Wednesday, Oct. 4 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., a breast health education program and mammogram event will be held at Crozer Brinton Lake, 300 Evergreen Dr., in Glen Mills, in the Community Room. The program will begin with a light dinner at 5:30 p.m. followed by a Q & A with Crozer-Keystone clinicians.

On Tuesday, Oct. 24 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., a breast health education program and mammogram event will be held at Crozer-Keystone at Broomall, 30 Lawrence Rd., Broomall, in the Community Room. The program will begin with a light dinner at 5:30 p.m. followed by a Q & A with Crozer-Keystone clinicians.

Lung Cancer Screenings

On Wednesday, Nov. 29, a lung cancer screening program will be offered at Crozer-Keystone at Broomall, 30 Lawrence Rd., Broomall, in the Community Room. Registration opens at 5:30 p.m. The program will begin with a light dinner at 6:00 p.m. followed by a Q & A with Crozer-Keystone clinicians.
