The Crozer-Keystone Sleep Centers are launching a support group for those who have a suspected sleep disorder or have already been diagnosed. The first meeting will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 18, from 7-8 p.m. in the Community Room at Crozer-Keystone at Broomall (30 Lawrence Rd., Broomall).

Join the support group to learn about how treatment can improve your sleep and your health. You’ll also gain an understanding of the latest treatment options, new CPAP mask options, and sleep research. Crozer-Keystone sleep experts will be available to answer questions and you can view CPAP equipment demonstrations. Most importantly, you’ll create new friendships with others who have had a similar experience or have undergone treatment for a sleep disorder. Light refreshments will be available.
