Crozer-Keystone Health Network welcomes back Steven Collina, M.D. to its Healthplex® Sports Medicine practice. He joins David Webner, M.D. and Kevin DuPrey, D.O., and is accepting new patients in his Broomall and Glen Mills office locations. Dr. Collina previously worked in the office’s Springfield location for 13 years, from 2001-2014.

Dr. Collina is a non-operative sports medicine physician. He specializes in the treatment of all musculoskeletal injuries as well as sports concussion, tendinitis and overuse injuries.

Dr. Collina earned his medical degree from University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Fla. He completed a residency in family medicine and a fellowship in sports medicine at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center – Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh. He is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine, the American College of Sports Medicine and the Delaware Valley Society for Sports Medicine. Dr. Collina also is an Endurance/Category 1 mountain bike racer and team physician for Trestle Bridge Racing. He served as team physician for Major League Soccer’s Philadelphia Union from 2010-2014. Board-certified in sports medicine and family medicine, Dr. Collina is committed to providing quality care to individuals ages 10 and up, with the goal of promoting lifelong fitness and wellness.

The physicians of the Healthplex Sports Medicine practice specialize in the detection and active treatment of sports concussion, non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal pain and injuries, fractures and stress fractures, and overuse injuries. They offer a range of services, including baseline concussion testing, running and cycling medicine, and ultrasound-guided injections.

For your convenience, the practice offers extended office hours (including evenings). Appointments are available within 24 hours and all insurance plans are accepted.
