Crozer-Keystone Recognizes Employees of the Quarter for Q2 of 2016

  • Kiersten Love, patient care technician in the emergency department at Taylor Hospital, celebrates her award with her colleagues and Crozer-Keystone administrators.
  • Evelyn Churchville, nurse anesthesia program coordinator for Crozer-Chester Medical Center, is recognized as an employee of the quarter for her positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Alicia Emmanuel, social worker at Community Hospital, receives her award from Crozer-Keystone staff and administrators.
  • Rita Benedict, medical receptionist with CK Urgent Care at Broomall, receives her award from the Urgent Care staff and Crozer-Keystone administrators.
  • Andre Simmons, medical receptionist at Family Physicians at Middletown, is recognized by the family care staff, physicians and Crozer-Keystone administration.

Crozer-Keystone Health System recently chose 10 employees as recipients of Employee of the Quarter awards. Employees received framed certificates for their accomplishment and a $100 check.

The winners were selected from over 70 employees nominated for this award. Here are the 10 employees selected, along with excerpts from their nominations:

Kiersten Love of Morton is a patient care technician in the emergency department at Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park.

  • “Kiersten goes above and beyond her job for her patients every day. She always has a positive attitude, is a great team player and she is so caring with our patients.”

Evelyn Churchville of Swedesboro is the nurse anesthesia program coordinator for Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland.

  • “She is always upbeat and positive. She creates an atmosphere that students appreciate and applicants seek.”

Alicia Emmanuel of Media is a social worker at Community Hospital in Chester.

  • “Alicia is such the team player that appreciates and acknowledges her co-workers. She has a great rapport with her clients which helps to build trust and honesty.”

Rita Benedict of Springfield is a medical receptionist with CK Urgent Care at Broomall.

  • “Rita provides excellent customer service and a caring attitude to all patients. She has assisted in the training of new employees and has mentored existing staff. She goes above the call of duty to escort non-urgent care patients to their destination as well.”

Deric Margolis of Swarthmore is a security officer at Springfield Hospital.

  • “Deric is always friendly and willing to provide assistance for everyone that he encounters in the main lobby or throughout Springfield Hospital.”

Soyoung Chung of Newtown Square is a social worker at Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill.

  • “She is very dedicated, detail-oriented, hard-working and compassionate.”

Andre Simmons of Woodlyn is a medical receptionist at Family Physicians at Middletown in Media.

  • “He provides superior customer service by going above and beyond his required duties. He is also very reliable and always willing to help out his co-workers.”

Annette Holloway of Chester is an accounts payable clerk for Crozer-Keystone Health System.

  • “Annette is very detailed and will always go above and beyond to make sure you understand the reasoning behind her answers. She alleviates your stress while walking you through the process.”

Maggie Simpson of Glen Mills is a surgical technician at the Crozer-Keystone Surgery Center at Brinton Lake in Glen Mills.

  • “Maggie is always cheerful and is always looking for ways to assist colleagues in the work environment. She is also willing to undertake any new tasks and to assist with training of staff.”

Erika Neuhausel of Downingtown is an RN with Pioneer Urgent Care in West Chester.

  • “Erika is a warm and compassionate nurse that has been invaluable in the training of new staff.”
