New Crozer-Keystone Outpatient Facility Set to Open in Early 2016

Crozer-Keystone at Broomall:
Delaware County’s New Standard in Care

In early 2016, Crozer-Keystone Health System will open a new 50,000 sq. ft. outpatient services facility in northern Delaware County at 30 Lawrence Road in Broomall. The center is conveniently located at the former site of the Pathmark grocery store, near the intersection of I- 476 (Blue Route) and Rt. 3 (West Chester Pike).

This new state-of-the-art location offers visitors a convenient, patient-focused experience that includes free covered parking and concierge services. Crozer-Keystone at Broomall will follow customer service best practices from the hospitality industry to ensure that the patient will always come first.

Crozer-Keystone at Broomall, located near the Crozer-Keystone Surgery Center at Haverford and Philadelphia Cyberknife, is a modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment to support a wide variety of outpatient services. The regional community can look forward to the following services:

Understanding that the patient experience extends beyond clinical care, the entire staff of the facility is focused on providing the highest level of service throughout your visit. These concierge services include greeting service, customer care ambassadors, transportation arrangements, financial counseling and assistance with scheduling follow-up appointments.

“We recognize the demand for increased availability of convenient, quality outpatient services in northern Delaware County. Crozer-Keystone at Broomall will bring the same level of care that our other outpatient centers have brought to Media, Glen Mills and Haverford, within a full-service concierge atmosphere,” said Patrick Gavin, executive vice president and chief operating officer for Crozer-Keystone and president of Crozer-Chester Medical Center.

“With the support of our acute care hospitals and network of physicians, Crozer-Keystone at Broomall is a culmination of significant teamwork and effort, and we take pride in opening a facility that promises to deliver a new standard in care for Delaware County,” Gavin continued.

Over the past two years, we have extensively researched the preferences and trends for delivery of care in Broomall and the towns in close proximity, including Drexel Hill, Havertown, Ardmore, Radnor, Bryn Mawr, Newtown Square, Media and Springfield. Local residents overwhelmingly asked for a location that offered comprehensive services to avoid having to travel between physician’s appointments, and they wanted an increased attention on the patient at each appointment along with the latest technologies. This is precisely what we’ve set out to deliver with Crozer-Keystone at Broomall. Collectively, the community spoke and Crozer-Keystone listened.
