Crozer-Keystone Nurses Honored for Professional Excellence during National Nurses Week

  • Crozer Brinton Lake awarded AnMarie Kennedy, BSN, RN, MSN, with the Professional Excellence Award.
  • Crozer-Chester Medical Center award Nancy Niemiec, BSN, RN, CEN with the Professional Excellence Award.
  • Delaware County Memorial Hospital (DCMH) awarded Colleen Buemi, BSN, RN, with the Professional Excellence Award last week.
  • Springfield Hospital awarded Kathleen Menig-Sullivan, BSN, RN, with the Professional Excellence Award because her co-workers feel she is a tremendous asset to the perioperative area.
  • Taylor Hospital awarded Robyn Baker, BSN, RN, with the Professional Excellence Award because of her significant growth in her professional nursing career this past year.

National Nurses Week is celebrated annually from May 6, also known as National Nurses Day, through May 12, the birthday of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing. During this week – and throughout the year – Crozer-Keystone Health System joins those across the nation in honoring the dedication, compassion and skill of our nurses. The following nurses were awarded with the Professional Excellence Award during a luncheon held at each site.
