Crozer-Keystone Health Network is pleased to welcome vascular surgeon Sai B. Sajja, M.D., FACS, RPVI to the practice of HAN Vascular Surgery, where he is now accepting new patients. He joins the practice with Gregory Domer, M.D., FACS, Alan M. Graham, M.D., FACS and Tal S. Bash, M.D.

Dr. Sajja provides comprehensive clinical evaluation, diagnosis and minimally invasive as well as operative interventions for a broad range of vascular disorders including:

  • Carotid artery disease
  • Peripheral vascular disease
  • Abdominal aortic aneurysms including percutaneous endovascular treatment
  • Renovascular and mesenteric vascular disease
  • Venous disease including varicose veins and thrombolysis for deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
  • Chronic wounds, including limb salvage and revascularization.

Dr. Sajja is able to offer patients access to vascular laboratories, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and dialysis access management. He works closely with primary care physicians, wound healing centers and other specialists to provide ongoing care.

Dr. Sajja earned his medical degree from Guntur Medical College, Guntur, India. He completed his general surgery residency at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital, Bronx, N.Y., and a fellowship in vascular surgery at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, Pa. He comes to Crozer-Keystone from Susquehanna Health, Williamsport Regional Medical Center in Williamsport, Pa., where he was in a busy clinical practice for the past seven years.
