The Crozer-Keystone Health Network is combining the Springfield-based primary care practices of Conroy and Associates (Sean Conroy, D.O. and Keala Tekolste, M.D.) and Springfield Primary Care Physicians (Kim-Huong Nguyen, D.O.; David Trinkley, M.D. and Kathy Hill, CRNP) into a new practice that will be known as Primary Care at the Healthplex Pavilion.

This new practice will remain at 100 W. Sproul Road, Healthplex Pavilion II, Suite 120 in Springfield. The physicians at Primary Care at the Healthplex will continue to provide a full scope of primary medical care for people of all ages and are affiliated with the Crozer-Keystone Health System specialists and facilities.

Sean Conroy, D.O. is a board-certified family medicine physician. He graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency at Bryn Mawr Hospital. He served an internship at Suburban General Hospital in Norristown. He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians.

Kathy Hill, CRNP received her Gerontological Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She has a special interest in geriatrics, wellness, nutrition, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and preventative cardiology. She is a board-certified gerontological nurse practitioner.

Kim-Huong Nguyen, D.O. received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She did her family medicine residency at the Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, Pa. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Muhlenberg College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is also a certified medical acupuncturist, trained at the Helms Medical Institute in Berkeley, California. Dr. Nguyen is fluent in Vietnamese.

Keala Tekolste, M.D. received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her residency in Family Medicine with Christiana Care Health System in Newark, De. TeKolste is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

David Trinkley, M.D. earned his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College. He completed his residency at Hahnemann University Hospital. He feels that interaction between physicians and patients should be based on a cooperative approach that consists of an open and honest relationship.

Primary Care at the Healthplex Pavilion practice has a lab, ultrasound, and X-ray facilities on site and is handicapped accessible. Other attributes include returning calls within time limits, emails to patients, and pre-visit reminder calls.
