“I am excited to join the Crozer-Keystone Health System. There is a great opportunity to continue building a strong laboratory. There is significant talent across the system in the clinical laboratory and in the anatomic laboratory with pathologists who have strong backgrounds,” says Palazzo. “Our vision, which I share with the pathologists and senior administration, across the system, is to continue working together into transforming the laboratory into a highly reliable, efficient and cost effective operational model allowing expansion in areas which are advancing rapidly in the field of pathology specially but not limited to tumor pathology.”

“Dr. Palazzo brings enormous clinical expertise to Crozer-Keystone Health System. She also has experience integrating pathology and laboratory medicine services across a multi-site health system,” says Thomas Bader, M.D., chief medical officer at Crozer-Chester Medical Center.
