Join Team Crozer-Keystone Health System in the Annual Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes November 1
Join by May 31, 2014 to Double Your Donation!
Crozer-Keystone Health System and Patrick Gavin, Crozer-Keystone’s chief operating officer and executive vice president, are co-chairing the Annual American Diabetes Association’s (ADA) Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes, which will be held in Philadelphia on Saturday, November 1.
When you register for Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes® before May 31, 2014, and make a donation at the time of registration, Equal® and Pure Via® will match your donation, up to a maximum of $50,000!
By registering by May 31—and making a personal donation—you’ll be making TWICE the impact due to the generosity of Equal and Pure Via’s matching gift.
The money raised supports critical diabetes research, information and advocacy. In the Southeastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey area, the ADA funds local diabetes researchers in neighboring hospitals who continue to research for a cure for the nation’s fastest growing disease. Register before May 31 and double our match! Join the CKHS team and donate here.
