Naiema Benson, D.O. Joins Drexeline Primary Care Practice

Drexel Hill, Pa. – The Crozer-Keystone Health Network is pleased to announce that Naiema Benson, D.O. has joined the practice of Brian Friedrich, D.O. and Neeti Rastogi, M.D. and is now accepting new patients.
As an internal medicine physician, Dr. Benson provides general medical care for people 18 and older. This includes the management of chronic illnesses, and preventive services such as physicals and screenings.
Dr. Benson earned her osteopathic medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship at NPHS/St. Joseph’s Hospital, in Philadelphia, and her residency at Memorial Hospital, in York, Pa. She specializes in quality improvement in chronic disease care and prevention, particularly for high blood pressure, diabetes and thyroid problems. She also has a special interest in women’s health issues.
Dr. Benson’s essential patient philosophy focuses on empowering her patients to take control of their health. She sees herself as a mentor who helps guide her patients toward optimal health and the best possible outcomes.
Born and raised in the greater Philadelphia area, Dr. Benson enjoys spending time with her family, practicing her faith and giving back to the community.
