Clark Education Center at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. The annual Bertram Speare “Spirit of Crozer” award is given to employees who help to advance Crozer’s mission by reaching “within and beyond” the boundaries of the campus to serve patients, co-workers and communities.

Lillback is currently the Trauma Program Director at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. She has been a registered nurse for 30 years, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania.

Connie Sonder, M.B.A., B.S.N., R.N., Administrative Director of Patient Services went on to say that Lillback “enjoys the trauma arena for the unique opportunity to work with diverse populations that involves all body systems. She is in an ideal spot to make a difference in patient healthcare.”

Lillback is passionate about nursing and is an integral member of numerous trauma-related organizations and committees. She participates in the development of trauma care systems at the community, state, and regional levels and is responsible for stabilizing the complex network of disciplines that work in concert to provide high quality care.

“I am so appreciative of the commitment of Crozer-Chester Medical Center and the trauma team, and to the mission of providing trauma care in our community. This honor is one that has to be shared with the entire multidisciplinary team that makes a difference in patients’ and families’ lives at that time which is often the worst moment of their lives. I’m proud of the care, commitment and compassion of our team and it is an honor that I accept on their behalf,” says Lillback.
