DCMH Offering Stroke Awareness Events in May 

DREXEL HILL, Pa. – In honor of Stroke Awareness Month, Delaware County Memorial Hospital will host the following of stroke-related events throughout the month of May:

  • Stroke Awareness Month Kick-off Event: Cafeteria, Friday, May 3 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Free giveaways and information about stroke will be available.
  • Stroke Risk Lunch and Learn: Meeting Room A, Wednesday, May 15 at noon. Lunch will be provided. Presented by Judy Falcone, R.N., B.S.N., RN-BC, DCMH Stroke Team Coordinator. Registration is required. Call DCMH Healthline Services at (610) 284-8158 to reserve your spot.
  • Stroke Risk Assessments/Blood Pressure Screenings: DCMH Main Lobby, Wednesdays, May 8, 15, 22 and 29, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
