Delco Cruisers Deliver Toys, Good Cheer to Crozer’s Pediatric Patients
UPLAND – On Dec. 2, the Delco Cruisers visited Crozer-Chester Medical Center as part of the group’s sixth annual “Cruise for Kids.” Members of the organization dressed up as Santa, Mrs. Claus and elves to help deliver hundreds of toys to pediatric patients at the medical center. Representatives from the Responders motorcycle group, Delaware County Motorcycle Riders, Brandywine Riders and Fed Ex also assisted with the event.

Participants drove dozens of classic cars and motorcycles onto the hospital grounds. Patients in the Pediatrics and Adolescent Psychiatry departments were thrilled to get visits from Santa and early Christmas presents. The Delco Cruisers were able to spread Christmas spirit throughout the entire medical center.
The Delco Cruisers is a family-oriented, all-inclusive car club, without restriction to year or make of vehicle. The group aims to do charitable work within the community, interact with neighboring car clubs and promote inter-club shows and cruises. Visit www.delcocruisers.com for more information.
