Christa Panczner Named Employee of the Year at Springfield Hospital
In an all-campus election, Christa Panczner was recently named Employee of the Year at Springfield Hospital. Panczner, who works in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, received this honor during a recent employee service awards dinner at Springfield Hospital.
Panczner was recognized for her exceptional skill and proficiency in carrying out her assigned responsibilities. “She always makes sure her patients are her top priority, making sure they have the best possible care,” says Carla DeWald, director of PM&R.
Guy Schiavi, support staff coordinator in PM&R at Springfield Hospital, remarks, “Christa is a very family-orientated individual. She is close to her family and friends but also considers her co-workers her family and treats everyone she works with as a she would treat her own family.”
