Robert Rossi Named Manager of the Year for Springfield Hospital
Springfield, PA- Bob Rossi is Springfield Hospital’s Manager of the Year. He has been employed by the Crozer-Keystone Health System at Springfield Hospital since August of 1983. he previously worked at Crozer-Chester Medical Center from 1986 to 1992. Rossi has been in Springfield Hospital’s Pharmacy department for a little over a year.
Rossi is well known for being a great educator. He is very patient with questions from all employees, and he is always very pleasant and accommodating.
“Bob has the ability to face all challenges head on. He is a team player and he’s always willing to lend a helping hand to members of all departments,” says Gwen Smith, president of Springfield Hospital.
“Besides having been shockingly surprised, I am extremely honored to get this award especially since I have only been here a year,” says Rossi. “I think this award is a testament to my wonderful hard working staff. Deb Ulerick, my indispensable technician, and my per diem pharmacists: Mary Simeone, Stephanie Uses and Blake Starr. I must also credit our wonderful nurses and really all the staff here because we are like family.”
