DCMH to Host Annual Diabetes Day on November 11
DREXEL HILL, Pa. - Each year in November, Delaware County Memorial Hospital holds a signature event in honor of National Diabetes Month. Join us this year for our annual “Diabetes Day” on Thursday, November 11. The health fair will be held from 8:30-11:30 a.m. in Meeting Rooms A & C of the hospital. Free cholesterol/glucose screenings will be held from 8:30-10 a.m. Overnight fasting is required for cholesterol/glucose screenings.
This event will offer informational tables on nutrition, exercise, diabetes, cancer prevention, Senior Health Services, tobacco prevention and more. Free snacks and giveaways will also be provided! For more information or to register for the event, please call (610) 284-8158.
