Crozer-Keystone Rehab Services Offers Program for Active Women of All Ages

Springfield, Pa. – Crozer-Keystone Rehabilitation Services presents its “Active Living Series: Rehabilitation and Resources for an Active Lifestyle.” This four-part series kicked off in September, and wraps up with its final program on Saturday, Nov. 6 on the basketball courts at the Healthplex® Sports Club (194 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield), from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. At the event, “Resources for Active Women of All Ages,” medical and fitness experts will be available to talk one-on-one with you about issues that affect active women, such as overuse syndrome/stress fractures, common sports injuries, overactive bladder syndrome, osteoporosis and more. Free screenings and a group exercise class will also be offered, as well as refreshments and giveaways. All participants will be entered into a raffle for a 30-day membership to the Healthplex® Sports Club.
