CKHS Supports Cardiac Health Awarness

Crozer-Keystone Health System is proud to join the American Heart Association as a Community Health Partner in support of its mission to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. 

  • Do you get at least two-and-a-half hours of moderate physical activity a week? Get your personal heart-health status and learn how regular physical activity can help improve your health. Take the American Heart Association’s My Life Check assessment at http://mylifecheck.heart.org/
  • Nearly four in 10 American adults believe they have ideal heart health, when actually less than 1 percent does. One way to help improve your heart health is exercising. The American Heart Association recommends 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise every week.
